Growing Local food in the Svalbard area

We are working with the fourth and ninth grades to teach with worms, growing food, and how to be more sustainable in the northernmost town in the world. Hopefully with the youth learning how to compost and grow their own food, we will be able to reduce the amount of organic waste we are dumping into the sea in the coming years.
