Group 108 to set up INR 1000 Crore IT/ ITeS project in Noida

Group 108 launched their new cutting-edge IT/ITeS project ? ONE FNG, in Noida. The real estate developer will invest approximately 1,000 INR-Crore in this project, offering state-of-the-art office and retail spaces with sustainable features. ONE FNG will be located in Plot 1 of Sector 142, Noida, adjacent to the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway. It will feature two high-rise towers ? Tower A and Tower B, designed to withstand earthquakes. Collectively, both buildings will have office spaces across approximately 16 Lakh SqFt with 4 Lakh SqFt reserved for high street retail areas.
