Granting Bail in Non-Bailable Offenses: When Exceptional Circumstances Apply

Sumitkumar14 Dec, 2024Business

Bailable offenses are criminal or civil violations that a law court can grant bail to the person accused once they submit the set bail bond. When bail is granted, the accused is not considered free of all blame. White-collar crimes are offenses that are typically to gain money illegally and to cover the financial loss through unlawful means such as money laundering, forgery, scam, deceit, corruption, fraud, and concealment. These crimes are still considered criminal even though they are non-criminal in nature.
