In their Grafana Helix enabled dashboards, BMC has made a considerable investment and produced a solid product. The toolset, however, is still in its infancy compared to contemporary BI platforms and is unlikely to ever perform that function. Smaller new businesses may find that the dashboards and reports offered satisfy their needs, but more advanced organizations may prefer to utilize Helix in conjunction with a more specialized BI platform.
