Poor Infrastructure: The absence of enough charging stations and good roads to ride e-bikes on makes it a difficult goal to achieve. More so, India suffers from rash drivers and hence, the commuters using electric cycles won?t be too safe. ? High Cost: The elevated cost of electric cycles continues to be a problem. Underprivileged people cannot afford the luxury of having an e-bike cycle. ? Low Awareness: India is struggling to make its people aware of the benefits that having an electric cycle carries. We are still yet to reach a point where there is unanimous agreement regarding the same.
