Google will grant file manager apps request �All files Access� on Android 11

The dominating technological company, Google has begun sending emails to developers who request limited access to device storage in their applications. The emails being sent informs developers that they must notify Google why their app requests wide storage access starting May 5th, or they won't be able to publish upgrades for Android 11.
