Google, Microsoft, and Mozilla have issued a warning to Chrome, Edge, and Firefox users, stating that a single update will be released shortly, potentially bringing down some of the world's most popular websites. Chrome, Edge, and Firefox will soon transition to version number '100,' which will cause some of the web's largest sites to fail because they will be unable to process visitors from browsers with three-digit version numbers, similar to the Y2K bug. Bethesda, T-Mobile, HBO Go, and Yahoo! are among the sites now affected.
