The Gokyo Lakes trek, also known as the Gokyo Valley trek, is one of the best-hiking destinations in the Everest region. Gokyo is not the name of one lake; there are five lakes altogether. There are more than two ways to reach Gokyo. We can reach Gokyo by crossing the Renjo La from the west or by crossing the Cho La from the east.
