The boysenberry is a large reddish edible fruit that is somewhat sweeter than blackberries and is used to make wine, jams, pies, jellies, and syrups. Boysenberry is high in vitamins A and C, as well as calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, dietary fibre, and natural antioxidants, all of which assist to keep brain cells healthy.
