Get a Family Based Temporary Visa

A fiance/fiancee of a US citizen who is not from the US can get a Family Based Temporary Visa by applying for a K-1 visa. The citizen should file a petition Form I-129F with Form G-325A biographic data sheets, with other documents. Children of K-1 visa holders can apply for a K-2 visa to enter the US. K-3 visa is a non-immigrant visa permitting spouses of US citizens to visit. Form I-129F needs to be used to file a petition in this case. A K-4 visa would be applicable for unmarried children under the age of 21 of the K-3 visa holder.
