Help me give my baby a second chance! My baby doggo has been diagnosed with a life-threatening condition. He is frequently accumulating fluid in his chest and abdominal cavity making him difficult to breathe. I have to take him for fluid extraction every two weeks. Doctors in Seattle have been unable to find the root cause of it. So, they referred me to Washington state university, Vet Teaching Institute hoping they could cure my baby. They have come up with a plan to do CT scan and then a surgical liver biopsy. The estimated cost would be $4000-$6000. I have already spent $14000 on the tests and now it is getting difficult for me to manage.
