I, Sean Neal, dedicated over 25 years to the Detroit Police Department with expertise in patrolling, working undercover, and traffic enforcement. Traffic stops are the most prevalent contact police have with the public and are vital to reduce accidents that lead to injury and/or death. Unmarked cars are a great tool to better monitor traffic and prevent such accidents but police departments across the country continue to utilize vehicles that have highly visible light bars and markers, making them easy to spot.
