The Human Rights Code is a law in Ontario, Canada ensures equality before the law and outlaws discrimination in specific social areas like housing and work. The right prohibits discrimination based on race, color, gender identity or expression, sex, sexual orientation. It also bans bigotry on the basis of creed, age, or other factors under the code.
