Former Tech Mahindra CEO CP Gurnani Joins upGrad as Independent Director

upGrad, an Edtech company, has appointed CP Gurnani, former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra, as an independent Non-Executive Director to its board in January 2024. Gurnani said that he will prioritise expanding the organisation?s reach globally using its useful credentials while being the Independent Director. He expressed his intentions to transform upGrad into a highly export-oriented product by collaborating with the leadership team and capitalising on the opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
