Why do we snack? Or maybe, the more important question to ask is ?how do we snack?? While the ?why? might, and most definitely is, different for different people, the ?how? is what truly establishes what a snack really means to different people. Look, the question is a simple one. Do much, or do you savour? What this basically means is that whether you much your snacks, i.e., eat a whole bag of whatever your favourite snack might be in one go without thinking too much about it, or do you take your time and savour each bite? For most people, snacking means muching, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, what you need to keep in mind is the kind of snacks you are munching on.
