We started our food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which we painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn out state. We can still be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving with pride from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer. Bertha will always have an influence in everything we do and you will always see hints of her wherever we go.
