Once the winter months have ended and the sun begins to warm up the vineyards, the vines begin to come back to life and show some color. Around mid-April the vines experience �bud break� marking the beginning of the new growing cycle for the grapes. It can take around seven months for the grapes to fully grow and be ready for harvest
