Flat Roofing can be funded in two types, one is unsealed whole rubber and another one is rubber shingles. A whole roof with rubber roofing is costlier than installing shingles. In whole rubber roofing single ply membrane is used to cover the entire roof. These are suitable for flat or low sloped roofs. These rubber sheets are fixed with mechanically or pasted by glue to the roof. Most of the manufacturers offer a long period warranty from 15 to 20 years.
