The Queensland First House Owners Grant is a one-time payment designed to help first-time home purchasers in Queensland gain a foot on the housing ladder. The grant amount is $25,000 for contracts signed between June 4, 2020 and December 31, 2020. Contracts signed between January 1st and March 31st, 2021 will be eligible for a $15,000 bonus.
