We have been working hard to create Practical First Aid from the desire to create a safe and confidence boosting environment for people to learn first aid. Throughout our journey to get here, we have had the opportunity to work with amazing mentors, who passed on their knowledge, their passion and their inspiring teaching way. This has inspired us to want to encourage and empower others, to give people the confidence and courage to be able to take control in emergency situations.
