We are a community of stroke survivors, caregivers, and medical professionals dedicated to providing support and resources for those affected by stroke. We offer education, advocacy, and hope for a better future for all those touched by this disease. We help with variety of services to meet the needs of our clients, including individual and group counseling, case management, and resource referral.
