If expenses were the same, around 40% of people would fancy a new construction home over a pre-existing home. That is contrasted to 22% who would go for an organized home and 38% with no preference. Though, fewer than half of those who actively prefer a newly-built house is enthusiastic to fork over the supplementary 20% that new builds cause on average. Why is so?
