As a Female Personal Trainer in Greenwich, I want to say something about weight loss journey. Well, Each week our Weight Loss Support Group, we discuss different topics and at times there are handouts on what I feel are the most beneficial parts of the meeting. Our previous session we discussed the role of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in our diets, the right kinds of these macronutrients to eat and the best time of day to eat them. I felt it would be useful to get these handouts up on the blog for our 45 Fitness Academy clients to have a look at. I have tried to keep the science to a minimum with the intention of making it understandable and accessible for everyone.
