PGD Fashion Designing is a postgraduate fashion design program that lasts two years. A bachelor?s degree or equivalent in fashion design from a university recognized by the UGC will be required for Post Graduation. Students who have completed a three-year diploma in any discipline can apply for the Fashion Designing courses. If you are still waiting for your bachelor?s degree results, you might consider applying for a postgraduate certificate as a fashion designer. The course teaches students how to make basic models, color schemes, and technical drawings. All aspects of sewing are taught, including the finer details of pattern making and garment construction.
