Medium roast coffee is medium brown in color, not too dark, not too light. It has a more developed body than the light roast and has no oil on its surface. It is sweeter than the light roast coffee with more acidity. It has natural, smoother flavors. Our catimor coffee bundles are formed after a labor-intensive natural process where we leave the fruit around the seed while drying.
