DiagPoly? Europium Streptavidin Polystyrene Nanoparticles, 300 nm (#DES-T002) are polystyrene or polystyrene with coploymer grafted surface. The particles are chelated with Eu (excitation: 333 nm, emission: 613 nm, red fluorescence) for extremely broad stokes shift which can prevent non-specific fluorescence interference. 300 nm europium polystyrene nanoparticles are modified with streptavidin for binding biotinylated molecules with a quite high degree of specificity and affinity. The density of particle solution is 1.06 g/cm3. Each carboxylate group will provide 20 A2 for binding on the surface.
