A definite deal to merge Engine Gaming & Media with GameSquare Esports has been struck, according to the esports holding firm. Future Engine Gaming stockholders will own the remaining 40% of the merged firm, with GameSquare Esports owners holding about 60% of it. The branding of GameSquare will remain in use by the merged business. The holding company for Code Red Esports, Complexity, and other assets in the esports industry is GameSquare Esports. Mission Supply, a retailer of esports memorabilia, and Fourth Frame Studios, a content production, are two examples of this. In addition to a variety of other digital businesses, Engine Gaming and Media is the owner of the streaming data platform Stream Hatchet.
