Today, ?woman? is no longer a damsel in distress; rather, she has evolved into an exceptional leader who achieves new heights despite all the challenges that she faces every day. Over several decades, the IT industry has prominently reflected a male-dominated landscape. This observation finds support in a noteworthy survey conducted by Dice?s Equality Tech Report (2021) involving 9000 IT professionals that shed light on a substantial gender disparity within the tech sector.
