Foreign skilled workers can be nominated for Canadian permanent residence through the Skill Workers Overseas Stream of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). Those who can meet the needs of employers in the province and the stream-specific eligibility requirements can receive a nomination from the Canada PNP Program, and subsequently apply for permanent residence to the federal immigration department.
