The Instgra (Dolutegravir 50 mg) is a medicine taken orally for patients who have HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus). The patients are generally adults, adolescents, and children above the age of six. The Instgra drug contains dolutegravir, which belongs to anti-retrioviral medicines called integrase inhibitors (INIs). HIV attacks the body?s immune system and can be transmitted through contaminated blood, semen, and vaginal fluid. This anti-HIV drug helps increase a type of white blood cell, called CD4, to help fight the infection.
