Dubai has implemented a new entry and residence system for people who are interested in working, investing, studying, living, or even visiting the Emirate. This enactment has led to a surge in visa extension applications. According to the new law pertaining to Dubai visit visa extension, travelers have to leave the UAE in order to extend their respective visas. This simply means they will not be able to renew their documents from within the nation. The maximum duration of stay in the country is 120 days in a year, and hence, the visa cannot be extended over this period.
