I recently flew with Druk Air HND Terminal, and the experience at their terminal was pleasantly and refreshingly straightforward. With friendly personnel who were informed and polite, the check-in process was quick; the terminal was simple to navigate and had obvious signs in both English and Japanese. Security moved quickly; the waiting room—clean, pleasant, and not congested—was a notable advantage over other packed overseas airports.
