DRONAMICS has announced the appointment of Roger Morris as chief product officer (CPO), a new senior management team position, responsible for all customer and product activities across the business. Roger has an enviable reputation in the delivery industry, having filled a variety of senior roles in Royal Mail Parcels and DHL Express, with extensive customer engagement, public appearances and international responsibilities. As head of Royal Mail Parcels, Roger was responsible for the redesign and re-launch of Royal Mail's parcel products, which deliver over half of the market volume in the UK, Europe?s largest e-commerce market.? Making dramatic improvements in tracking, visibility and customer communication, he also led Royal Mail?s marketing and channel strategy and developed new web- and API-based customer solutions.
