Dr. Gene Lingerfelt has always chosen to follow God’s calling by trusting Him by faith for the last 3 decades both in his marriage and ministry. Faith Christian Center, which is a labor of love and the church was planted many years ago and it exists with a very simple and clear mission that is to lead people to faith in Christ and help them how to practically apply the Bible in their everyday lives. After getting his degree in Master of Divinity from Texas Christian University, He further went to get a Doctor of Ministry degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Gene Lingerfelt further says that God has blessed Faith Christian Center with a beautiful campus situated on 73 beautiful acres in the heart of the city. At Faith Christian Center, He believes that the Lord has called the worshippers to live by faith and not sight, and truly believes the Lord’s promise that the best days are ahead of us.
