Dominance Versus Leadership in Dog Training" got me thinking about how these theory was somewhat very relevant in the way our leaders appear before us. Traditional training methods ignore the underlying cause or emotional state driving the undesirable behaviour in animals and in humans for years there were assumptions (usually bad) made on people who could not sit still, obey orders or conform to what was required of them in a workplace - they were usually classified as misfits or saboteurs.
