According to the southwest 24-hour cancellation policy, you can cancel your tickets, including the non-refundable, within 24 hours of reservation and receive a total amount. You can also cancel a ticket purchase fully or partially with a southwest within 24 hours of booking. But you can only cancel such tickets by contacting the southwest customer relation at 1-855-234-4654. The southwest airline cancellation policy allows you to cancel anytime, business class tickets, senior tickets, at least 10 minutes before the departure, and you can receive the total percent of refund to your original ticket form of payment .but this applies to the tickets purchased by cash.
