Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a soon-to-be-released American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Doctor Strange. The movie is a sequel to Doctor Strange (2016), produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, and will also be the 28th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Directed by Sam Raimi, the film is based on a script written by Jade Hailey Bartlett and Michael Waldron. The movie stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen and Xochital Starring with Gomez.
