It allows the user to place a computer on its surface and then plugs in all the necessary cables to allow connection to other devices. Common computer peripherals plugged into a docking station includes the printer, scanner, fax modem, scanner, mouse, and any other devices that are designed for use with a computer. With the help of docking station, users can easily access all their devices without having to fumble around for keys.
