Express Entry is a points-based system in which once you create an Express Entry profile, meet the eligibility criteria, and score high enough in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency. Also, having a job offer is not required, but it can significantly increase your CRS score and helps with your eligibility for PR in Canada.
