Remote jobs are on the rise for the last few years, and Covid19 accelerates as the companies and many industries are forced to shut down by the government. The coronavirus has made a substantial impact on how we work to live our lives. Companies are embracing this 'new normal' and relying on online communication and working remotely. There have been many changes in the UX design as designers prefer face-to-face meetings and observe people how they respond in different situations. The video calls are great, but they lack how people think and behave in different situations, very essential for a UX designer when designing a digital product. They need to understand how people are really feeling and showing empty when asking questions. I will talk about three tips that can help remote UX designers and their teams be more effective, maximise the meetings, and reduce many of the challenges when working remotely.
