Deepak Chahar doubtful for T20I series against South Africa

Indian fast bowler Deepak Chahar hasn't reportedly joined the squad for the T20I series in South Africa and hence is set to miss the first game in Durban. Chahar hasn't travelled to South Africa as his father Lokendra Singh Chahar is hospitalised after suffering a brain stroke on Tuesday, 5 December. The 31-year-old?s father was rushed to a hospital in Aligarh and is currently under observation at the Mithraj Hospital. Chahar was also ruled out of the fifth and final T20I of the series against Australia at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
