Historically, tribal tribes in India and other parts of the world have preserved natural resources by leading sustainable, ecologically mindful lives. The land, water, and forests are their main food and livelihood sources. Even though they are vital to the preservation of biodiversity, tribal communities are frequently marginalized and denied access to basic amenities. Climate change presents a challenge to these marginalized communities, making it more difficult for them to live and uphold their traditional ways of life because of its devastating consequences on the environment and society.
