Crescent knife is mainly used for making the scleral tunnel/self-sealing valve incision while using the small incision cataract surgery (SICS) or the phacoemulsification (Phaco) technique for the cataract surgery of the eye. Our Sharpedge brand Crescent knives are manufactured using imported surgical grade stainless steel material. They offer size options ranging from 1.0mm to 2.6mm. This gives the surgeon the flexibility to choose the appropriate size that suits his/her surgical technique. Crescent knives are further available in various options like Classicline, Primeline, Slimline, Fineline and Safeline based on the form of stainless steel material used.
