Create and Set Permissions for New Users in QuickBooks

All users must be networked and must each have their own QuickBooks license. In QuickBooks Desktop, go to the File menu and hover over Utilities. Select Host Multi-User Access. Then select Yes to confirm. QuickBooks User Permissions, Set Up QuickBooks User Permissions. QuickBooks Simple Start is ideal for solo entrepreneurs, gig workers, freelancers, and businesses that only sell services. Set for the company file or the QuickBooks Desktop installation.
