When all things are correct, save the sales order. When you�re ready to convert it to an invoice, open it and click the Create Invoice icon within the toolbar. QuickBooks will ask whether you wish to create an invoice for the items or just the people you choose. You�ll have the ability to specify quantities, too, when you look at the window that opens.
