The phrase"team building" conjures up dreams of hulking fellow-workmates towering over you, holding knives out and yelling directions at you in a foreign language that you do not understand. Does it create your group mates turn away to another door and then slide off to another corner, shaking their heads in disgust? Most team building activities evoke either humiliation or apathy. Even when they do produce consequences, such as increased morale and positive mindset, they are generally short-lived.
