In order to ease the liquidity stress in NBFCs,  RBI has decided to relax the Minimum Holding Period (MHP) requirement for originating NBFCs, to receipt of repayment of six monthly instalments or 2 quarterly instalments.  Will primalrily help HFCs and NBFCs whose loan tenures are more than 5 years.
