Skagen watches, founded in 1989 by Henrik and Charlotte Jorst, has risen to become one of the most well-known established fashion watch brands. The pair decided to start their own firm after moving from Denmark to the United States in 1986, when Henrik became the United States sales manager for Carlsberg.
