Property investment refers to the buying, holding, managing, investment in and improvement of property property for personal gain. Such property includes real estate owned by people, governments or businesses. Such properties could be rented or leased to help make money. Many investors use property investments to create an income generating company, whereby they earn more money. Other investors use real estate investments to produce houses for lease, to build communities around real property for home development, to market real estate to create rental income and also to allow for some capital growth or operating cash flow.
