If you can establish that you have completed all sentence conditions and that you have not been convicted of a felony in the five years prior to your imprisonment on the misdemeanor charge, you may be entitled to have your Texas Class C misdemeanor record erased. In Texas, you must agree to and complete "deferred adjudication probation" in order to have your Class C misdemeanor expunged.
